WORKSHOP SUPERVISOR (2 POSITIONS) @ KASULU SUGAR PROJECT
The Workshop Supervisor at Kasulu Sugar Project is responsible for the overall management of daily workshop operations, ensuring that all maintenance and repair tasks are completed efficiently and to company standards. This position requires someone who can effectively plan and allocate resources, coordinate with staff, and oversee the maintenance of vehicles and heavy equipment.
In addition to technical supervision, the Workshop Supervisor will monitor spare parts and workshop tool inventory to ensure continuous availability. You will play a key role in maintaining the health of our fleet and equipment, promoting a culture of safety, and fostering a productive environment for all workshop personnel.

Key Requirements
At least 4 years of proven experience in managing or supervising workshop operations.
Strong knowledge of vehicle and equipment maintenance, repairs, and workshop procedures.
Ability to plan, coordinate, and supervise daily workshop activities.
Strong analytical skills for identifying equipment failure patterns.
Leadership experience in managing diverse technical teams.
Proficiency in inventory management software or manual record keeping.
Commitment to workplace health and safety (WHS) standards.
Effective communication skills for reporting to higher management.
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Technical certification in mechanics or a related engineering field.
