TYRE SUPERVISOR (1 POSITION) @ KASULU SUGAR PROJECT
The Tyre Supervisor at Kasulu Sugar Project will be responsible for overseeing all tyre maintenance and repair activities within our facility. This role involves monitoring tyre condition, performance, and inventory levels to ensure operational efficiency. The successful candidate will maintain accurate tyre records, prepare detailed maintenance reports, and ensure that all team members strictly adhere to company safety standards and procedures.
Furthermore, you will be tasked with coordinating tyre installation, rotation, and replacement schedules to minimize downtime. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities to guide tyre technicians and the ability to solve complex technical issues in a high-paced industrial environment.

Key Requirements
At least 4 years of proven experience in tyre management, maintenance, or a related field.
Good knowledge of tyre inspection, fitting, rotation, repairs, and maintenance procedures.
Ability to monitor tyre performance and maintain accurate records.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to supervise tyre technicians and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Proficiency in technical report writing and documentation.
Ability to work under pressure in an industrial setting.
Strong attention to detail regarding safety protocols.
Excellent time management skills for maintenance scheduling.
