FINANCE MANAGER @ KASAMATZ
Kasamatz is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to lead our financial operations within the logistics sector. Based in Dar es Salaam, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial reporting, budgeting, and strategic financial planning to support the company's growth and operational efficiency. You will play a critical role in managing the finance team and ensuring that all financial practices comply with industry standards and local regulations.

Key Requirements
Not less than 3 years of experience in a managerial finance position.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Professional certification such as CPA (T) or ACCA is strongly preferred.
Proven experience working within the logistics or transportation industry.
In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong leadership and people management abilities.
Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills in both English and Swahili.
