INTERNAL AUDIT MANAGER – HOTEL OPERATIONS & EFFICIENCY @ KARMAA SOLUTIONS
Karmaa Solutions is seeking a dynamic Internal Audit Manager for Hotel Operations & Efficiency to lead audit initiatives across our hospitality portfolio. This pivotal role goes beyond standard checklists, focusing on driving real P&L impact by partnering closely with Hotel General Managers and Finance teams. The successful candidate will oversee operational efficiency across rooms, food and beverage, and maintenance departments, ensuring that all processes align with organizational goals and industry best practices.
The position involves rigorous procurement discipline and the enforcement of cost controls to safeguard company assets. You will be responsible for inventory accuracy, asset management, and revenue assurance to identify and plug potential leakages. By providing strong internal controls and data-backed reporting, you will turn audit findings into measurable savings and improved operational controls. We are looking for an audit leader who can influence operations teams and leverage hotel systems like PMS and POS to optimize performance.

Key Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality audit or finance departments.
Extensive knowledge of hotel-specific systems including PMS, POS, and inventory software.
Demonstrated ability to influence and lead operations teams toward financial efficiency.
Strong understanding of operational workflows in rooms, F&B, and maintenance.
Proven track record in procurement discipline and enforcing strict cost controls.
Expertise in inventory management and asset protection strategies.
High proficiency in revenue assurance to detect and prevent financial leakages.
Ability to establish and maintain robust internal control frameworks.
Professional certification such as CIA or CPA is highly preferred.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to provide data-backed reporting to senior management.
