Key Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3–5 years of professional digital marketing experience.
Prior experience in the Travel or Hospitality sector is highly preferred.
Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools for content creation.
Demonstrated expertise in data analytics and marketing performance tracking.
Bilingual communication skills with fluency in both English and Swahili.
Proven ability to manage social media platforms and complex content calendars.
Experience in running digital marketing campaigns for corporate and retail segments.
Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining professional client relationships.
Ability to analyze market trends and implement growth-oriented marketing strategies.
Self-motivated with a commitment to building a long-term career.
