GROUP OPERATIONS MANAGER @ KARIBU CAMPS & LODGES
Karibu Camps & Lodges is seeking an experienced Group Operations Manager to oversee operations across all camps and lodges. The role is responsible for driving operational excellence, guest satisfaction, profitability, compliance and team performance across the group. The successful candidate will be based at our Head Office in Arusha and will be tasked with standardizing procedures to ensure a seamless experience for our guests across multiple luxury properties.
This role requires a hands-on leader who can balance the demands of daily property operations with strategic oversight. You will lead and mentor Camp and Lodge Managers, monitor financial performance, and ensure that every location adheres to our high safety and quality standards while supporting the integration of new properties into the group portfolio.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field.
8–10+ years of comprehensive hospitality operations experience.
3–5+ years in a senior multi-property or group operations management role.
Proven experience in luxury safari camps, lodges or remote hospitality operations.
Strong financial management, budgeting, and cost control skills.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities in developing and managing large teams.
Expertise in maintaining high guest service standards and quality assurance.
Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities for escalated issues.
In-depth knowledge of hospitality safety and compliance standards.
Ability to drive revenue growth and manage property integrations effectively.
