We are seeking an experienced Senior Travel Consultant to join our team in Tanzania. In this role, you will provide expert travel advice to clients, helping them plan and book complex domestic and international travel itineraries. Your goal is to deliver exceptional customer service by tailoring travel packages to meet the unique needs and budgets of our diverse clientele, ensuring a seamless travel experience from start to finish.
You will be responsible for staying up-to-date with travel regulations, visa requirements, and global destinations to provide accurate information to travelers. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, as you will be expected to promote various travel services and insurance products. This position requires a passion for the travel industry and a commitment to excellence in service delivery.

Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Travel and Tourism Management.
Minimum of 6 years experience as a Travel Consultant.
In-depth knowledge of GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.
Proven experience in handling corporate and leisure travel bookings.
Strong understanding of international visa and health regulations.
Excellent geographical knowledge of local and global destinations.
Outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak travel seasons.
Strong sales orientation and ability to meet revenue targets.
Fluency in English; knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage.
