You will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and corporate clients. This role requires a high level of leadership and the ability to mentor junior sales staff to achieve collective success.

You must possess excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the local business landscape to effectively negotiate and close high-value contracts. Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience of at least 5 years in a senior sales role.
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Deep knowledge of the Tanzanian market and industry trends.
Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Swahili.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region.
