Kaparama Professional Recruiters Ltd is seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to bridge the gap between technical teams and customers in Tanzania. You will be responsible for identifying client needs and providing tailored technical solutions that demonstrate the value of our products and services.
The role involves conducting technical presentations, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts. You will act as a consultant to clients, ensuring their technical requirements are met while driving sales growth and expanding the company's market presence in the region through strategic relationship building.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a technical field
Proven experience in technical sales, pre-sales, or engineering support
Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Strong presentation and negotiation skills for high-level client meetings
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
Strong relationship management skills to build long-term client loyalty
Willingness to travel within Tanzania for site visits and client demos
Proficiency in using CRM software to manage the sales pipeline
A valid driver’s license is required for this field-based role
Strong analytical skills to understand market trends and client requirements
