As a Property Advisor at Kaparama Professional Recruiters Ltd, you will play a key role in assisting clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties across Tanzania. You will provide expert advice on market conditions, prices, and legal requirements to ensure smooth property transactions for all parties involved.
Your responsibilities will include listing properties, conducting viewings, and developing a network of potential buyers and sellers. The ideal candidate will be proactive, sales-driven, and possess an in-depth knowledge of the local property landscape to help clients make informed investment decisions.

Key Requirements
Degree in Real Estate, Land Management, or Business Administration
Strong understanding of the Tanzanian real estate market and regulations
Proven experience in property sales, leasing, or real estate consulting
Excellent networking and interpersonal skills to build a client base
Ability to analyze market trends to provide accurate property valuations
Strong negotiation and closing skills to finalize property deals
Excellent communication skills in both English and Swahili languages
Valid driver’s license and flexibility to travel for property viewings
Experience in digital marketing and property listing platforms
Strong commitment to customer service and client satisfaction
