As an Accountant at Kaparama Professional Recruiters Ltd, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with local tax regulations in Tanzania. This role requires a meticulous individual capable of handling budgets and conducting regular audits to maintain the financial health of the organization.
You will work closely with the management team to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Tanzanian financial practices and be able to navigate complex accounting systems effectively to deliver accurate and timely financial results.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Professional certification such as CPA (T) or ACCA is highly preferred
Minimum of 3 years of working experience in an accounting or finance role
Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or SAP
In-depth knowledge of Tanzanian tax laws and regulatory requirements
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for financial accuracy
Ability to prepare comprehensive financial statements and monthly budgets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
High level of integrity and professional ethics in handling sensitive data
