BUSINESS EXECUTIVE @ KAMIT ENERGIES TANZANIA LTD
Kamit Energies Tanzania Ltd, in collaboration with its partner EXCI-MAA | Experts Comptables Internationaux, is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Business Executive. This role is pivotal for a dynamic consortium focused on delivering impactful government projects across Tanzania. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting high-level, multi-stakeholder initiatives, ensuring that project objectives are met with precision and strategic insight. The position offers a unique opportunity for professionals with a background in project management, consultancy, or infrastructure sectors to contribute to significant national developments. Primary responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, and analytical support to ensure the smooth execution of long-term projects. Based primarily in Dar es Salaam with occasional travel, this contractual role is suitable for individuals who excel in complex environments and possess a deep understanding of the Tanzanian business landscape. Candidates should be prepared to manage complex deliverables and work closely with government entities to ensure project success.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in consultancy or infrastructure-related sectors.
Proficiency in both English and Swahili languages.
Strong analytical and strategic mindset to manage high-level initiatives.
Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement and multi-stakeholder project environments.
Ability to work on a contractual basis, either part-time or full-time.
Willingness to travel within Tanzania as required by the project.
Knowledge of French is considered an added advantage.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Ability to manage long-term project timelines and deliver impactful results.
