Key Requirements
Senior staff member (Professor/Associate Professor) with 10+ years in senior management
Proven experience in strategic planning, financial management, budgeting, and resource mobilization
Leadership experience overseeing finance, administration, human resources, procurement, infrastructure, and ICT services
Experience in managing budgets, financial controls, audits, and compliance with regulatory frameworks
Knowledge of national laws & policies governing higher education & public service
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate diverse teams effectively
