HOSPITAL RECEPTIONISTS (2 POSITION) @ KAIRUKI HOSPITAL
Kairuki Hospital, a reputable healthcare institution established in 1987, is looking for two qualified Hospital Receptionists to join its administrative team. The successful candidates will serve as the primary point of contact for patients, families, and visitors, ensuring that all arrivals are greeted with professionalism and empathy. You will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, facilitating patient registration, and ensuring that the flow of communication between patients and medical departments is efficient and accurate.

Key Requirements
Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Public Relations, or Health Records Management.
Proven experience working as a receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably in a clinical setting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Swahili.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and hospital management software.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive patient information with discretion.
Ability to multitask and prioritize duties in a high-volume healthcare environment.
Demonstrated ability to remain calm and professional under pressure or in emergency situations.
Knowledge of basic medical terminology and healthcare billing procedures.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail when managing records.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
