Key Requirements
2–3 years of professional Barista experience.
At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
Advanced coffee brewing skills and technical knowledge.
Proficiency in creating high-quality latte art.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to train and mentor junior barista staff.
Experience in managing inventory and ordering supplies.
Strict adherence to hygiene, health, and safety standards.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
