Kaeser Compressors Tanzania Ltd, a global leader in compressed air solutions, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Engineer / Senior Sales Executive to lead our sales efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing key client relationships, and providing technical expertise on our range of industrial compressors and related equipment. You will play a critical role in identifying new market opportunities and ensuring the continued success of our brand in the Tanzanian market.
In this role, you will work closely with industrial clients across various sectors to understand their operational needs and provide tailored compressed air solutions. The ideal candidate is expected to demonstrate a high degree of professionalism, strategic thinking, and the ability to close complex sales deals while maintaining a focus on long-term customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements
5–7 years of proven experience in industrial equipment sales.
Proven background in selling compressors, generators, or excavators.
Strong technical knowledge of industrial machinery and systems.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Advanced proficiency in customer relationship management.
Ability to achieve and exceed established sales targets.
Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
Demonstrated capability in developing new business pipelines.
Strong presentation skills for technical product demonstrations.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
