QUANTITY SURVEYOR @ KAD CONSTRUCTION
KAD Construction is expanding its professional team in Dubai and is currently seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor. The successful candidate will manage all commercial aspects of our infrastructure projects, from initial feasibility studies to final account settlements. You will be tasked with monitoring project costs, ensuring that all work is completed within budget, and managing contracts to protect the company's financial interests while maintaining high-quality project delivery.
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will provide essential financial oversight and commercial guidance to the project team. This includes preparing bills of quantities, managing subcontractor claims, and conducting site visits for measurement and verification. We are looking for a professional with a solid background in UAE infrastructure who can handle the fast-paced nature of Dubai's construction sector and ensure cost-effective outcomes for all KAD Construction projects.

Key Requirements
Proven experience in UAE infrastructure projects
Experience in cost estimation, tendering, and project budgeting
Strong knowledge of planning, scheduling, and project controls
Ability to work in a dynamic construction environment
Knowledge of FIDIC contracts and construction legal standards
Experience in preparing interim valuations and final accounts
Ability to perform accurate onsite measurements and site surveys
Strong negotiation skills for managing subcontracts and variations
Professional certification or membership in RICS is highly preferred
Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
