ESTIMATION ENGINEER @ KAD CONSTRUCTION

Key Requirements
Proven experience in UAE infrastructure projects
Experience in cost estimation, tendering, and project budgeting
Strong knowledge of planning, scheduling, and project controls
Ability to work in a dynamic construction environment
Expertise in material take-offs and labor cost analysis
Proficiency in estimation software and advanced MS Excel
Capability to analyze engineering drawings and technical specifications
Experience in managing vendor quotations and subcontractor negotiations
Solid understanding of local market prices and construction materials
Relevant degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
