Key Requirements
Minimum of 3+ years of proven experience as a Project Lead or in a similar leadership role.
Mandatory proficiency in the Arabic language, both written and spoken.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects from initiation to closure.
Strong experience leading and motivating cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Expertise in utilizing project management software and tools.
PMP certification is highly preferred for this position.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
