Key Requirements
Strong experience in the luxury hotel industry is mandatory.
Must have previous international work experience in financial management.
Mandatory experience within the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) region.
Must be an immediate joiner or have a short notice period.
Proven ability to manage financial accounting, reporting, and analysis.
Expertise in managing budgets, forecasts, and cost control measures.
High proficiency in hospitality-specific financial software and ERP systems.
Strong leadership skills to oversee and mentor the finance department staff.
Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CA, or an MBA in Finance.
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
