Key Requirements
Basic knowledge of agricultural inputs, including seeds, fertilizers, and crop protection products.
Basic understanding of store management and stock handling.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to learn and adapt to new agricultural sales processes.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Fluency in both English and Swahili.
Proficiency in basic computer operations and record keeping.
Punctual and reliable professional conduct.
High school diploma or equivalent vocational training.
