The Agrochemical Sales Officer will support technical and commercial activities related to pesticides, fertilizers, and crop protection products. This role is vital for driving market growth through proactive customer engagement and the implementation of support initiatives across the region.
Key duties involve conducting detailed product analysis and market assessments to identify growth opportunities. The officer will participate in product development, provide technical training to customers, and ensure all activities meet regulatory compliance standards. Key Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Crop Protection, Agronomy, or Agricultural Sciences.
2–3 years’ experience in the agrochemical or agricultural industry.
Strong knowledge of pesticides, fertilizers, and agricultural regulations.
Proven experience in agrochemical sales and business development.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in computer applications and technical reporting.
Ability to conduct market assessments and product analysis.
Experience in providing technical training to customers and farmers.
Knowledge of quality control and regulatory compliance for crop products.
Capability to support product development and improvement initiatives.
