INSURANCE OFFICERS (2 POSITIONS) @ JUME
We are seeking two experienced and results-driven Insurance Officers to join our client's growing insurance team in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidates will be responsible for promoting and managing a diverse portfolio of insurance products, including General Insurance, Life Insurance, and Medical Insurance solutions. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence and ensuring the highest levels of service for our clients.
In this position, you will be expected to build and maintain strong client relationships, provide expert guidance on insurance coverage, and facilitate the acquisition of new business. This role demands a proactive approach to sales, a commitment to excellent customer service, and the ability to manage insurance portfolios effectively to support sustainable business growth and high client retention rates.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in insurance sales or customer relationship management within the insurance industry.
Strong understanding of General, Life, and Medical insurance products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and insurance management software.
Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and provide appropriate insurance solutions.
Professionalism in handling sensitive client documentation and policy details.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in both English and Swahili to effectively communicate with diverse client bases.
