The successful candidates will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients before, during, and after surgical procedures, ensuring a sterile environment and assisting the surgical team effectively to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Candidates must possess a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a theater setting and hold a valid nursing license. This role requires the ability to work under pressure, manage shifts effectively, and maintain excellent communication within a multidisciplinary medical team. Key Requirements
Minimum 2 years of working experience
Must be a registered nurse with a valid practicing license
Relevant experience in the Theater department
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work under pressure and in shifts
Proficiency in surgical instrumentation and sterile techniques
Monitoring patient vital signs during and after surgery
Assisting surgeons during various operative procedures
