SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE @ JUBILEE TANZANIA
Jubilee Tanzania, a leading insurance provider in the East African region, is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive business growth and strengthen client relationships. The role involves identifying new market opportunities and promoting customized health insurance solutions to both retail and corporate clients. The position is based in Tanzania, with specific focus areas including Mbeya and Mwanza, where the executive will execute localized sales strategies and support marketing initiatives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales performance through KPIs and CRM systems while ensuring strict adherence to regulatory requirements and ethical business practices. The role requires high-level collaboration with internal branch teams and external partners like bancassurance channels to ensure smooth client onboarding and market expansion. Candidates should be results-oriented individuals capable of delivering high-performing business development results in emerging and high-potential segments.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
Relevant certifications in Business Development, CRM, Data Protection, or Insurance.
Professional membership in a relevant industry body is an added advantage.
Proven experience in business development, client management, and market expansion.
Proficiency in CRM systems and data analytics tools.
High level of proficiency in MS Office suite.
Strong ability to drive business growth and build long-term client relationships.
Deep understanding of insurance regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
