Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance, Finance, or Economics.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team engagement.
Previous experience in sales and team management is highly preferred.
Proven ability to recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales professionals.
