SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE (1 POSITION) @ JUBILEE HEALTH INSURANCE TANZANIA
Jubilee Health Insurance is seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Executive to lead business growth efforts in Mbeya and Zanzibar, Tanzania. This role focuses on acquiring new clients and strengthening strategic partnerships, including bancassurance channels, to promote tailored health insurance solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing localized sales strategies, supporting branch marketing initiatives, and collaborating with bank staff to drive market expansion in emerging and high-potential segments. The role reports directly to the Head of Retail and Branch Networks. In addition to sales activities, the Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for monitoring performance through KPIs and CRM systems, ensuring full regulatory compliance, and maintaining ethical business practices. Key deliverables include increased revenue, market entry through strategic partnerships, and leveraging data analytics for improved efficiency. Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, or Insurance.
Postgraduate qualification is considered an added advantage for this role.
Relevant certifications in Business Development, CRM, Data Protection, or Insurance.
Professional membership in a relevant industry body is an added advantage.
Proven experience in business development, client management, and market expansion.
Proficiency in CRM systems and various data analytics tools.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite for documentation and reporting.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements with a high level of professionalism.
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills with a client-focused approach.
Analytical and data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
