Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Master’s degree or Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Risk Management.
Minimum of 2 to 3 years of professional experience in internal auditing or risk management.
Prior experience specifically within the insurance or financial services sector.
Proven track record in developing and executing risk-based annual audit plans.
Expertise in utilizing specialized audit software and data analytics tools.
Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory compliance and international auditing standards.
Demonstrated ability to identify control gaps, operational inefficiencies, and potential fraud risks.
Strong leadership and process improvement skills to drive organizational change.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing and presenting detailed audit reports.
High level of integrity and professional ethics in handling sensitive financial documentation.
