GROUP FINANCE DIRECTOR @ JT YRCS
We are currently collaborating with a prominent local logistics holding company based in Dubai that is seeking an experienced and strategic Group Finance Director to lead their financial operations. This executive role is pivotal for managing a complex group structure and requires a professional who can effectively oversee various financial functions at a high level. The successful candidate will play a key role in the company's growth and financial stability within the competitive logistics market.
The core responsibilities of this position involve managing tax, treasury, financial reporting, and Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) across the entire group. Ideally, candidates will have extensive experience in holding company environments and the logistics industry. Fluency in Arabic is highly preferred to align with the regional business environment. The salary for this position is in the region of AED 70,000–80,000 per month.

Key Requirements
Extensive experience working within a holding or group company structure.
Proven expertise in group-level taxation and compliance.
Demonstrated proficiency in treasury management and cash flow optimization.
Strong background in group financial reporting and consolidation.
Advanced skills in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) at a corporate level.
Fluency in the Arabic language is highly desirable for this role.
Previous professional experience within the logistics or supply chain industry.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in senior finance roles.
Possession of a professional accounting qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or CA.
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
