DOOR TO DOOR SALES REPRESENTATIVE @ JOSABO
Josabo is currently seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Door to Door Sales Representative to join our dynamic Sales & Marketing Corporate Solutions team. The primary objective of this role is to drive business growth through direct interaction with potential clients, promoting our corporate solutions and expanding our market reach. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with local businesses and individual consumers to increase our brand presence. As part of your daily activities, you will be tasked with identifying new business opportunities, presenting our service offerings, and ensuring that our payment solutions are effectively implemented within the community. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is capable of meeting or exceeding established sales targets. The starting monthly salary for this position is Tsh. 500,000/=.
Key Requirements
Minimum qualification of Form Four secondary education
Ability to communicate effectively in a professional manner
Possession of a personal functional smartphone
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic understanding of payment processing or fintech solutions
Self-motivated with a drive for achieving sales targets
Willingness to perform field-based sales activities
Ability to maintain accurate records of daily sales interactions
Problem-solving aptitude to address client inquiries
