You will be responsible for transforming raw footage into polished, compelling narratives for broadcasting and digital platforms. You will collaborate with directors and producers to ensure the visual style and pacing of each project are met. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of rhythm, and the technical expertise to handle complex editing workflows.

Key Requirements
Mastery of professional editing software like Adobe Premiere or DaVinci Resolve.
Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality video editing projects.
Knowledge of color correction and sound design basics.
Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining quality.
Experience with motion graphics and basic visual effects (VFX).
Strong understanding of narrative structure and pacing.
Ability to organize and manage large amounts of video data.
Excellent collaboration skills to work with creative directors.
Attention to detail in transitions, audio sync, and graphic overlays.
Diploma or Degree in Video Production or Multimedia Design.
