The Public Relations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all internal and external communication strategies to enhance the company's brand reputation. The role involves managing media relations, coordinating public engagement activities, and ensuring that all organizational messaging aligns with the corporate goals and values. The candidate will work closely with different departments to streamline communication flows and represent the company in various public forums.
The successful candidates will be based in Dar es Salaam and will be expected to drive excellence in public relations activities. This position requires a proactive individual with a deep understanding of mass communication principles and a proven track record of managing complex public relations campaigns. Please note that experience in the clearing and forwarding industry is considered an added advantage for this role.

Key Requirements
Bachelor degree in Public Relations, Mass Communication or related field
Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Public Relations
Fluent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Proven ability to manage and execute public relations activities
Demonstrated flexibility and willingness to work in Dar es Salaam
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Ability to work under minimal supervision
Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
Proficiency in digital communication tools and social media management
Experience in the clearing and forwarding industry is preferred
