Key Requirements
Degree or Diploma in a relevant field of study
Proven experience in sales of detergents, beverages, or food products
Strong ability to speak and write in English fluently
Excellent customer relationship management skills
Must be currently living in the Arusha region
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory
Goal-oriented with a proven track record of hitting targets
Good understanding of consumer goods market dynamics
