SENIOR PURCHASE / PROCUREMENT OFFICER @ JJR CONSTRUCTION
JJR Construction is expanding its operations in Dubai and seeks a highly experienced Senior Purchase / Procurement Officer. With over a decade of experience, you will play a critical role in managing our supply chain and ensuring that all construction materials and services are procured efficiently and cost-effectively. Your expertise will directly impact the success of our large-scale construction projects in the region.
The successful candidate will be tasked with negotiating contracts with vendors, managing supplier relationships, and overseeing the entire procurement lifecycle. We are looking for someone who can work independently and possesses deep knowledge of the UAE construction market. Key Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.
Proven experience in the UAE is highly preferred.
Strong industry knowledge in the construction sector.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle responsibilities independently.
In-depth knowledge of construction materials and supply chain management.
Experience in vendor management and international contract negotiation.
Ability to conduct detailed cost analysis and manage procurement budgets.
Proficiency in procurement software and modern ERP systems.
Strong analytical and strategic sourcing capabilities.
