The role requires a professional with at least 5 years of experience, ideally within the UAE construction landscape. You will be expected to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, maintain a strong pipeline of candidates, and ensure compliance with local labor regulations. Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR recruitment.
Proven experience in the UAE is highly preferred.
Strong industry knowledge specific to the construction sector.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to handle responsibilities independently and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR management software.
Strong networking and headhunting skills within the construction market.
In-depth knowledge of UAE Labor Laws and employment regulations.
Ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
