The role involves overseeing critical operations such as drilling, blasting, excavation, and the efficient transportation of mineral resources. Key Requirements
Diploma in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field from a recognized institution.
Minimum one (1) year of experience in mining operations.
Strong understanding of mining methods and operational procedures.
Knowledge of drilling, blasting, and excavation techniques.
Familiarity with mining equipment and heavy machinery utilization.
Basic knowledge of mining software for planning and geological modelling.
Proven leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to manage personnel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail.
