JIL Utel Global, a leading telecommunications company, is actively seeking highly motivated and results-driven Fiber Sales Personnels to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to expanding our fiber optic network and services across key regions in Tanzania. As a Fiber Sales Personnel, you will be responsible for driving sales of fiber optic products and solutions to new and existing customers, achieving sales targets, and fostering strong client relationships. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying business opportunities and delivering exceptional customer service. The deadline for applications is 7th July 2026. The successful candidate will be based within Tanzania and will focus on sales activities within the regions of Ruvuma, Geita, Kigoma, Songwe, and Tabora. You will play a crucial role in increasing market penetration for JIL Utel Global's fiber services, educating potential clients on the benefits of our advanced technology, and ensuring customer satisfaction. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about sales, possess excellent communication skills, and have a deep understanding of the telecommunications industry.

Key Requirements

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the telecommunications or fiber optic industry. Strong understanding of fiber optic products and services. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively. Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets. Knowledge of the local market in Tanzania, specifically Ruvuma, Geita, Kigoma, Songwe, and Tabora. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned regions. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales management tools. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
