As a Fiber Sales Personnel, you will be responsible for driving sales of fiber optic products and solutions to new and existing customers, achieving sales targets, and fostering strong client relationships. Key Requirements
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the telecommunications or fiber optic industry.
Strong understanding of fiber optic products and services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
Knowledge of the local market in Tanzania, specifically Ruvuma, Geita, Kigoma, Songwe, and Tabora.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned regions.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales management tools.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
