JEYIBM INVESTMENT TANZANIA LIMITED is seeking a dedicated Operations Manager to oversee our daily logistics and supply chain activities in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring operations to ensure all activities are executed timely and efficiently. Key focus areas include vehicle utilization, routing, dispatch, and delivery schedules to maximize transport efficiency across our network.
In addition to logistics, the role involves supervising warehouse operations, managing inventory movement, and ensuring stock accuracy. You will lead an operational team, assigning daily tasks, monitoring productivity, and enforcing strict accountability. The position requires a proactive problem-solver who can effectively respond to service disruptions and breakdowns while maintaining adherence to safety standards, fleet compliance, and operational procedures.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in logistics management
At least three years of professional experience in logistics or operations
Proven ability to plan, coordinate, and monitor daily logistics operations
Strong experience in vehicle utilization, routing, and dispatch management
Proficiency in supervising warehouse operations and material handling
Expertise in inventory movement and ensuring stock accuracy
Demonstrated ability to manage operational staff and enforce accountability
Capacity to respond effectively to breakdowns and service disruptions
Skill in tracking key operational indicators and performance levels
Commitment to fleet compliance, safety standards, and risk controls
