The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial statements, ensuring tax compliance, and overseeing auditing processes. Key Requirements
Full CPA qualification (mandatory)
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Relevant professional work experience in accounting
Proficiency in financial reporting and general ledger maintenance
Strong knowledge of Tanzanian tax laws and compliance requirements
Experience with accounting software and ERP systems
Ability to perform bank reconciliations and manage accounts payable/receivable
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial data entry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for financial auditing
Excellent communication skills for internal and external financial reporting
