You will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across our AI, green energy, and e-commerce business lines. This role is critical to maintaining our organizational stability as we continue to expand into new markets around the world.
We offer a salary range of $80,000 to $150,000 USD, paid in local currency, alongside equity options for senior-level hires. Key Requirements
2+ years of professional experience in risk management or finance.
Reliable internet access for remote collaboration.
Legal right to work and reside in Luxembourg.
English proficiency at B2 level or above.
Deep understanding of financial risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
Familiarity with international regulatory compliance standards.
Strong mathematical, statistical, and analytical capabilities.
Proficiency in risk modeling software and data analysis tools.
Ability to make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills for reporting to global leadership.
