LEAD / SENIOR ICSS ENGINEER – INSTRUMENT CONTROL ENGINEER @ JEREH OIL & GAS ENGINEERING CORPORATION
Jereh Oil & Gas Engineering Corporation is expanding its team for major Oil & Gas EPC projects across the UAE and Middle East. We are looking for an experienced and ADNOC-approved professional to lead and manage all ICSS engineering activities across the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with ADNOC standards and EPC requirements. This position offers the opportunity to work with a globally recognized engineering organization on high-profile projects, providing a platform for professional growth and leadership in the energy sector.\n\nThe role involves overseeing the design and engineering of Integrated Control and Safety Systems including DCS, ESD, and Fire and Gas systems. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, review technical documentation, and manage vendor selection to ensure project success. The position also supports installation, commissioning, and system integration while identifying and mitigating technical risks for major energy projects. Successful candidates will be part of a team that values technical excellence and international safety standards in the UAE oil and gas industry.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation / Electrical / Control Engineering.
10+ years of experience in Oil & Gas EPC projects.
Mandatory ADNOC Approved status for technical lead roles.
Proven experience working on ADNOC Onshore projects and meeting local standards.
Hands-on technical expertise with DCS, ESD, and Fire & Gas systems.
Extensive expertise with Honeywell, Yokogawa, SCADA, Schneider, and Siemens platforms.
In-depth knowledge of international engineering codes and project execution standards.
Proven ability to lead and manage ICSS engineering activities across the full project lifecycle.
Competency in reviewing and approving system architecture and logic diagrams.
Experience in managing vendor selection, technical bid evaluations, and FAT/SAT activities.
