LAUNDRY MANAGER @ JAZ HOTEL GROUP
Jaz Hotel Group is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Laundry Manager to oversee the laundry operations at our property in Zanzibar. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all hotel linen, uniforms, and guest items are processed to the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency, while maintaining optimal service levels for our 4- or 5-star operations.
In this role, you will lead the laundry department, managing staff performance and ensuring strict adherence to health and safety protocols. You will be expected to manage equipment, chemical supplies, and workflow processes to maximize productivity. This is a critical role for maintaining the overall quality of guest experience, requiring a detail-oriented individual with a passion for hospitality excellence and operational consistency.

Key Requirements
Tanzanian National
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position
Experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel environment
Strong leadership and team management skills
Proficiency in commercial laundry equipment operations
Deep understanding of hygiene and quality standards
Excellent organizational skills
Effective communication skills
Ability to manage chemical inventory and safety protocols
Proven ability to maintain operational efficiency and timelines
