As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for providing a range of high-quality spa treatments, including massages, facials, body treatments, and other specialized services, to hotel guests. Your primary goal will be to deliver an exceptional and personalized experience, ensuring guest comfort, relaxation, and satisfaction in line with the hotel's 5-star luxury standards. Responsibilities include preparing treatment rooms, maintaining a clean and serene environment, providing consultations, and recommending appropriate products and services. Key Requirements
Certified in massage therapy, aesthetics, or a related spa discipline.
Proven experience as a Spa Therapist, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
Proficiency in various massage techniques (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone).
Skilled in performing facials, body wraps, and other spa treatments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong focus on guest satisfaction and providing a personalized experience.
Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and serene treatment area.
Knowledge of spa products and their benefits.
