The Spa Manager will oversee treatments, facilities, retail operations, and staff, upholding the highest standards of service and professionalism consistent with a 5-star luxury hotel. This position is crucial in maintaining the hotel's reputation for premium wellness offerings.Key responsibilities include managing spa budgets, optimizing revenue, developing innovative treatment menus, and ensuring the spa environment is pristine and relaxing. The manager will lead and inspire a team of therapists and front-of-house staff, providing continuous training and fostering a culture of excellence. A strong focus on guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and adherence to health and safety protocols is essential for this role.
Key Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Spa Manager in a luxury hotel or resort.
Extensive knowledge of spa treatments, therapies, and wellness trends.
Demonstrated ability to manage spa operations, including budgeting and sales.
Strong leadership, team management, and training skills.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication.
Ability to maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety.
Proficiency in spa software and booking systems.
Creativity in developing new services and promotions.
Certification in massage therapy, cosmetology, or a related field preferred.
