Key Requirements
Bachelor degree in Hospitality or Leisure Management
Minimum 3 years experience in resort recreation
Proven ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
Excellent proficiency in English and communication skills
Strong knowledge of safety standards and pool maintenance
Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury resort environment
Creative approach to activity planning and guest engagement
Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Commitment to high quality guest service standards
Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays
