Key Requirements
Tanzanian nationality (Mandatory)
Relevant academic qualifications in accounting or finance
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar accounting role, preferably in a 5-star hotel environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for internal and external stakeholders
Professional appearance and excellent customer service attitude
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced luxury hospitality setting
Proven ability to work as a team player with high discipline and integrity
Proficient computer literacy, including advanced accounting software experience
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as required
In-depth knowledge of Tanzanian accounting standards and tax regulations
Experience with financial statement preparation and analysis
