IT MANAGER @ JAZ ELITE AURORA & JAZ AMALUNA
As an IT Manager at Jaz Amaluna, a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel's information technology infrastructure and systems. This includes network administration, hardware and software management, cybersecurity, and ensuring seamless IT operations to support our world-class guest experiences. You will lead a small team, manage IT projects, and provide technical support to all departments, maintaining high standards of efficiency and reliability. The role requires a proactive approach to technology innovation and problem-solving within a dynamic hospitality environment, specifically contributing to the operational excellence of Jaz Amaluna.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT management, preferably within the hospitality industry
Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, servers, and operating systems
Experience with hotel management systems (PMS, POS, etc.)
Proficiency in cybersecurity protocols and data protection
Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience managing IT budgets and vendor relationships
Familiarity with cloud computing and data analytics
Proven track record of successful IT project management
