ASSISTANT FINANCIAL CONTROLLER @ JAZ ELITE AURORA & JAZ AMALUNA
The Assistant Financial Controller will support the Financial Controller in managing the financial operations of Jaz Elite Aurora & Jaz Amaluna. This role involves assisting with financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports. You will play a key role in monitoring expenses, analyzing variances, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and financial regulations. This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow within a luxury hospitality setting, contributing to the financial health and strategic decision-making of our 5-star hotels in Tanzania. Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably in the hospitality industry
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
Experience with financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting processes
Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of internal control systems and procedures
