HYGIENE MANAGER @ JAZ ELITE AURORA
The Hygiene Manager is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the highest standards of sanitation across all resort areas. You will develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive cleaning protocols and safety procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations and company brand standards.
You will conduct regular inspections of kitchens, guest rooms, and public areas, providing training to staff and taking proactive measures to manage hygiene risks. This role is critical to protecting the health and safety of both our guests and our employees.

Key Requirements
Degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field
Previous experience as a Hygiene Manager in a luxury hotel
Thorough knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations
Ability to conduct audits and manage safety documentation
Experience in training staff on hygiene practices
Strong attention to detail and observation skills
Effective communication skills in English
Leadership skills to drive safety compliance
Experience dealing with health and safety inspectors
Proficiency in reporting and record-keeping
