We are looking for a dedicated Bellman to join our guest services team. As the first point of contact for many of our guests, the Bellman is responsible for ensuring a warm welcome, assisting with luggage handling, and providing accurate information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
This role requires a high degree of energy, physical stamina, and a service-oriented mindset. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the hotel entrance area and coordinating with the front office team to ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience for every guest.

Key Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent qualification
Prior experience in a hotel bell desk or guest service role
Physical stamina for standing and carrying heavy luggage
Excellent grooming standards and professional demeanor
Good verbal communication skills in English
Punctuality and attention to detail
Knowledge of hotel safety and security procedures
Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
Positive attitude and helpful personality
Willingness to learn and grow within the hospitality industry
